Do you think my problem is solved?

I don't think or know anything about you or your printer, I am near certain you didn't follow my last post and get thje machine wiped by service, so I can only assume it isn't fixed since you are posting again, but you posting again does not change the fact that if you can't login, you can't fix it, so until you get someone to wipe the machine completely to restore the default admin credentials, there is nothing more to do.

Have a tech wipe the machine, if you can't access it as the admin you cannot change the password for very obvious security reasons.

The control panel password is 1111. This password does not work on the web. Tell me how to make a full reset of the device, including administrator credentials.

Have a tech wipe the machine.

By default, the pass code is 1111 not 111

But if you changed it, and it works on the IOT as just 111 then it has to work on the web because the same credentials are used.

If it doesn't work, it is broken in a way that Xerox has never had reported and the only recourse is to wipe the device and start over.

If somebody failed to login 3+ times it will lock you out until rebooted.

If your browser cache is causing it (Chrome is bad for this) you should be able to hold the CTRL key when you enter the admin credentials to eliminate the cache (Try SHIFT if CTRL fails)

Worst case scenario is "use a different browser"

There is no different login from the control panel or the web page, both are identical, so if it works at one, it has to work on the other.

-Switch the machine Off and then On for System Administrator login. 

Please tell me how to access the web, if the login and password are correct in the system administrator mode on the printer.
