I downloaded and installed, Service Pack 85.6.63.
I had the issue prior to the upgrade
We don't have a fiery. I am connection to the machine directly using the IP-address
A couple questions to get my bearings...
1. Are you trying to log into the fiery or the machine controller?
2. If fiery, is it setup to use the bios password (default) found on the fiery config sheet? Or has this password been changed?
I tried Chrome, Edge and IE.
Try to use a different browser (IE for example).
I have a Xerox® PrimeLink® C9070 that behaves strangly.
I can't login to the web interface without restarting the printer.
It prompts for login but refuses to take the credentials.
After restart it all works fine until the next day or so and i have to repeat the procedure.
I have installed the lastest firmware.
