I did not. I asked how to make a factory reset but no1 responded. I had to manually assign ip adresses to all the computers in the network so we can use the scan function (the ip adresses changed after a power shortage and that's why I needed to enter the web panel to reconfigure the pc's).

If you have done an update lately, the password may actually be the device serial number and not the 11111.
