I did not. I asked how to make a factory reset but no1 responded. I had to manually assign ip adresses to all the computers in the network so we can use the scan function (the ip adresses changed after a power shortage and that's why I needed to enter the web panel to reconfigure the pc's).

If you have done an update lately, the password may actually be the device serial number and not the 11111.

Hi there guys.

 

After replacing the drum cartridge with a new one, and resetting the machine as said in the manual I can no longer acces the webpanel.
