Hello JZ10, 

Make sure the printer is connected to a wired (Ethernet) or wireless network and has a valid IP address. CentreWare Internet Services is not supported when connected to the printer using a USB cable. Test network connectivity with a ping test.

Cannot access CentreWare / Printer Web Page

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Hi there,

I installed the drivers, I can print and scan, but I cannot access CentreWare.

Error message when I click on "Show Printer Web Page": Invalid Request. Some Error
