I have this same issue for over a month. The XDA software is not submitting meter reads due to CDG server ping failed issue. I have reinstalled the XDA software, no change. I am running 6.0.242. We do not use a proxy and we are not blocking anything.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. A new version of XDA was released this week. Please remove the version you currently have and install the new version and see if that will fix the issue. If not then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I'm trying to configure XDA v.6.0.205 on a Windows Server 2016 system and it can see the Registration and Update server, but can't contact the CDG Server (whatever that is).
Because of this I can't continue the configuration. My previous XDA system running on Server 2008R2 is functioning normally and is running the same level software v6.0.205.
Any help would be appreciated.
