Centerware Web Stopped e-mailing out Device Alerts

I have recently setup CWW and yesterday afternoon the Device Status Alerts stopped sending out, no changes were made to the configuration or alerts other than removing one group and adding another for e-mail notifications.

 

I have verified SMTP test is working and Send out test e-mails functional as well, I can see the error queue changing so device communication is not interupted as well.

 

I have tried to disable/enable the status alerts, removed and rebuilt the status alerts as well, no change, they still do not send.

I have reset the Network Usage Config as well in hopes to clear this as well

Lastly I have restarted IIS, .Net and rebooted the server as well, no such luck.

Any advice so that I may get our Device Status Alerts going again?

There are currently 300 unit being monitored broken into 20 groups.
