Re: CentreWare Web Reports V.5.9.22

Hi CherylO-Xerox!

When creating a custom report (called a "New Named Report" in this version, anyway), one has to first chose a "type" of report. There are currently 10 of them and I have tried them all. Once chosen, then there are various parameters to choose from, including the 4 I mentioned earlier for HTTP, and there isn't one called Secure HTTPS.

I tried the Support Centre, and was told that it couldn't be done; yet, the parameters are there in the CWW report interface.

I tried one of the Xerox CWW developer and I'll see where that goes.

Thank you and have a great week,

py

Re: CentreWare Web Reports V.5.9.22

Hi drdc-val,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not an expert on CentreWare Web but have you tried to customize a report using the term "Secure HTTPS"  that is the name of the setting on the printer?  If that is not possible then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

CentreWare Web Reports V.5.9.22

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have over 20 75xx printers and I want to know which one has HTTPS enabled (as opposed to HTTP) without browsing to each of them.

Using CWW’s reporting feature (V.5.9.22), I tried different Tabular Reports without success.

My hopes were on the Fleet Security Report but it comes up totally empty.

I also tried other reports which included the Fields “HTTP Port, HTTP, HTTPS Port, HTTPS” but their values always come up empty. The “Printer Web Server Enabled” field comes up with “Yes” for all, but it doesn’t tell me what I want to know.

How can I extract the HTTPS status from a report, and from which one with what parameter?

Thank you!
