In CWW 6.5.19, I have a policy configured which cannot be edited anymore. When opening "firmware version policies" side, this particular policy has status "monitoring" and "enabled". When trying to edit the policy, a popup stating "firmware policy currently monitoring cannot be edited".
Is there any option to forcibly remove this policy?
This post is asked from outside US, so don't ask me to call 1-800-821-2797 - they won't help.
I have already asked our Xerox partner in Germany for help, but obviously there is nobody responsible for the CWW product at Xerox Germany.
Next attempt was to contact MPS L1 to L4 support via mail, but they do not answer, either.
Finally this just as a side note: I am doing this here for business, not for pleasure. If Xerox wants to deliver enterprise grade products and services, please review your support structure.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure where you tried to get email support but please try the world wide CWW support at CWWWORLDWIDESWSUPPORT@xerox.com or call them at 877-477-1349 (not sure if you can reach this number from Germany). These are the only contacts I can suggest.
Also you can check in the online support for CWW. You will also find the documentation there as well.
