Re: Certificate not trusted on Xerox 5335

First try holding Shift key and hitting refresh, failing that delete your cache and cookies in IE.

The certificate is not called when SSL is off so you can't get the error, if you are, you are viewing a cached copy.

I disabled SSL, it worked on Firefox but not on IE. I need it on IE. Is there a way out?

How do I upload a trusted verfied certificate?

Turn SSL back off via Properties/Connectivity/Protocols/HTTP

Or upload a trusted verified certificate to replace the self signed to Properties/Security/Machine Digital Certificate Management

You can't remove the certificate, you can only not use SSL or replace it with another.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I enabled a self assigned certificate to do audit logs, but when I log in to Xerox Work Center using IE or firefox its shows certificate not trusted. How do I remove this certificate?
