Color printing access

Hi,

You can enable Xerox Standard Accounting on you machine and create user/department codes which can limit copy/print usage. Each code can have limits setup on color versus b/w copy and print.

The important thing to remember is that XSA will enable for both copy and print so each user will have to either specify their code in the driver properties or set it up so that it prompts them for the code every time they print.

I want to limit color printing  access to authorize users in my department. We have a Xerox Workcentre 7675 that is networked. Not sure the best way to handle this. Hoping someone can shed some light.
