ColorQube 9301 | Enablement & Tracking | Services | Prints

On the Centreware Internet Services page obtained from a browser and internal IP address:

 

We cannot ENABLE the Prints function to stick on the Enablement tab, in order to generate reports on the number of pages we are "printing" from workstations, as opposed to the number of "copies" made at the machine, which record as expected.

 

We downloaded the latest print driver right from Xerox.

 

Xerox 800-Helpline Supervisor Anna refused to provide an answer because we do not have a "service contract". What a bunch of thieves. Their software doesn't work but they expect us to pay for an answer.

 

Is this a known issue, or correctable by a hardware setting on the machine itself?

Hi Tech Guru,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. When you go to the Reprint Saved Jobs and then Enablement, after you select enabled are you then selecting Apply?  Do you get any messages or errors after you select Apply?  If there are no messages then consider doing a Software reset.  Please take a look at the support page for the ColorQube 9301 to see if you can find any other answers.
