For the ConnectKey 1.5 devices there is a "Secure Installation and Operations" guidelines that should provide what you are looking for. To get the document go to the Xerox Security web site (www.xerox.com/security) and then search on one of the devices you have - the resultant list will include a "Secure Installation and Operation of Your..." document - pick the latest one to download.

Hello, we have a mixture of Colorcube 8700's and 9302's with Connect Key 1.5 firmware. We are in the process of going through the configuration settings as pertaining to security.I am referring to items such as disabling SNMP, disabling USB ports and items like that.

Does Xerox have a document on their recommendations for security? What options are the people here using?

I would appreciate any input.
