I have issue with configure a Centreware Web

i tried to configure the centerware with network accounting the result is (tracking only printing job , accessing the machine by users to use any services is not allowed )
the accounting created by centerware cannot be deployed on the machine
only the accounting saved on the machine can be print .

i tried with xerox standard accounting the result is ( no tracking at all by center ware (only tracked and saved on the machine even with retrieving data accounting nothing appear on the report)
, access to the machine by users to make copyis oky but no tracking by center ware

my question , ist possible to track , manage , create , delete , users and show reported usage by xerox center ware ? wich accounting should be used with it ? any helpful topics show steps how to configure the job accounting with center ware that will be nice
