What to setup on MFP in order to make it "configured" for device based accounting in CWW
Page 138 of the Evaluation guide is the beginning of the directions CWW side.
The printer just needs Network Accounting turned on via CWIS > Properties > Login / Permissions / Accounting > Accounting Methods
Thank you for your advices. Actually I already did network accounting enabled but in CWW the device is not in device based accounting managed state.
In my installation there are chargeback codes and users added. MFP is added but device based accounting status is not so clear.

can you please advice me what ti do in CWW to configure the MFP in case the only step that should be done on the device is to enable Network accounting
So what was the result of running the troubleshooter on the device?

I did all adviced configuration but there is still no working devices based accounting visible in CWW.

There is an entire section within the linked guide to running the troubleshooter.
You should probably call Xerox for support
I read the troubloshooter section. It is basically testing the connectivity and device faults.
I ran it and after the restart of the device and CWW the devices based accounting state has changed to "running".
Yet, Job accounting is still "disabled" in CWW.

Script is no longer needed, CWW doesn't need it anymore.
Tool is internal Xerox I believe, document is not mine, it is the 2nd level rep who supports CWW that gave it to me, you can't get to her without calling Xerox for support on CWW.
