I have several AltaLink C8170 MFPs with card readers. Users will be logging into the printers using their ID badges. This works fine for a period of time, but the settings continue to drop the convience authentication setting, going back to just alternate control panel login and website login. I turned off the adaptive learning settings and that seemed to help but didn't completly resolve the issue. Everything else on the printer is working as we want, I just can't get this last thing to hold its settings. Any suggestions as to what I may be missing?
