How do I enable logging in Equitrac?

We use Xerox Secure Access. We have to use a badge to logon (AD user) before copying or printing so that should be ok.

yes, but i you have installed the embed device in papercut on your port, then it should be ok

can you send some screenshots of equitrac of your configuration?

also , what did you enable on the xerox machine?

did you enable JBA/prompts/ Xerox secure access? do you need to logon to the copy function before making a copy ? otherwise tracking is not possible offcourse

We have 3 licences: Base License, Authentication & Print Release.

Off course we have an embedded device configured per printer in the device list of the server manager. Is this sufficient or do we need an extra license?

=> If so, if we buy that extra license, is copy tracking automatic enabled or do we need some extra configurations?

have you purchased also the embed option in equitrac? otherwise copy tracking is not possible, only print tracking

We use a Xerox/Equitrac setup with network accounting enabled.

We can generate reports with the printing history of each user. But it seems that the copy history is not there... How can we enable copy history?
