Counters being reset when you import csv of users

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello,

We recently upgraded to 8035/8045 from 7845 machines. We utilize the standard accounting feature within the machines web gui. This being said in the 7845 when importing a csv of users and codes there was a radio button that gave you the option to append or overwright existing. The new software doesn't have that. So I've found that I'm deleting all of the accounting for each user each time I add a new user to my master csv and import it.  We run reports once a month for 4 machines. As a work around I'm having to create individual csv's for new users throughout the month. Then once we run the report for the month I can do a mass delete of all users and import the master csv. Which is a lot of extra work when you have multiple new users each week... Am I just missing something something in the new software where this exists? Pic is of what it looked like in the 7845 web gui. Thanks!Capture.JPG
