Creating a password policy

Product Name: CentreWare Web
Operating System: Windows 10 x64


I've just setup Centreware and discovered a couple of printers. I wanted to start out with trying to set an initial admin password on the printers i've discovred. I tried using the Configuration policy but i can't get it to run? it just seems like it does not react at all, at least nothing happens when select the policy and press Run.

Then i tried the password policy this does run but it never completes it justs runs forever. I want to add the fact that im not after using Centreware web to be printserver management i just need it to update conf. setting on our somewhat 50+ printers from Xerox.
