Maybe not a fully answer to your question, but the name of the Admin account is written without capitals, thus as "admin", not as "Admin". The standard passwords are like 1111, 6789, or your S/N number. Otherwise you can better call your Xerox Customer Services.

The serial number for your printer can be found a few different ways and will be 9 digits in total starting with any of these letter & number combinations 7HB,4HX,GQK,GQL, then ending with 6 numbers. 

To find the serial number on the printer:

The serial number is located on a sticker on the back of the printer.

To find the serial number on the Configuration Report:

1. Print a Configuration Report.
   1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
   2. Touch Device > About > Information Pages.
   3. Touch Configuration Report.
2. Locate the serial number under the System section on the report.

To Find the serial number on the Control Panel: User Information Screen (UI)

1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
2. Touch Device > About.
3. The model information is listed.

4. To find the serial number using the Embedded Web Server:

   1. Access the printer's Embedded Web Server (Web Interface). See the Related Content for additional information.
      
      IMPORTANT: Some features or settings are only visible or adjustable when logged in as a System Administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
      
      
   2. In the Embedded Web Server, click Home.
   3. In the printer status area, click Details near the top right of the page to view the serial number on the Device Details window.

Serial numer has only numbers, no letters. I can't do any mistakes.

I'm jadded.. because i forgot this f.........  admin.. 

I found it a few month ago, i dont remember exactly.. I think i was with 6 numbers... with 5 or 7 numbers....  i tried 777777

I i found in a forum.... but i dont know where.... i have to make a new long research...

Hi,

Depends on machine firmware level it should be 1111 or serial number, but pay attention at the serial number if it is with Caps or not.

I've made a factory reset on my C405 DN. I dont know what the admin default password is.. Neither 1111 , nor serial number, nor blank..  

Is there any other key ?
