Make sure you are entering it Case Sensitive, and any letter "o" are actually number "0".

EXTRA NOTE, serial had to be entered case sensitive for me. That was annoying to figure out. :)

Sadly it does not appear to work on the Xerox C405DN printer. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Try the machine serial number as the admin password.

I perform a factory reset on Xerox Versalink B500 now the default password will not work. I have tried admin and 1111. But will not log into the machine
