I cannot find much indepth information related to CWW and the Veralink and Altalink.

I have tried standard accouting and network accounting but I still end up with 

and when I try change it I get

Then when I do try enabel Network Accounting I amd asked for the limits server.

Would like to know if some one can help me with this and where can I find more indepth information on this and the chrage back PINs
