I have a C8170 w/Fiery that is reporting to the Xerox Device Agent but not reporting to PrintFleet. The Fiery is up to date on software. Is there a setting or procedure that must be enabled or done to get the Fiery to pass through the information? Contacted PrintFleet and they have no information.
