Just got a xerox 7545. When logged in as admin, going through the email option allows you to search for a name on the domain and send the scan to that eamil.
When using a guest accout it asks you to log in before you can access the email feature.
Is there any way to disable that?
The xerox is going to be set up in a generalized area and all users must be able to scan to email, without being Admins.
In CWIS go to Properties > Accounting > Setup > Accounting Workflow > Edit
And disable the tracking of scans
