Disable "Remember Last Entered Codes" on Multiple PCs

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, we have to install and update a driver for around 400 machines and 14 printers. I've written a script that does this and can be pushed out by our IT control software, so all computers can be done remotely.

The only issue is that changing to a new driver resets some of the printer properties and printing preferences on the local PC. The first is changing Job ID to "print banner page", which I don't want it to do. Thankfully the printers themselves can override this, but it would still be preferable to have the settings correct on the local machine.

The second problem is in "printer properties", the "Remember Last Entered Codes" changes to "Enabled". We absolutely do not want this to happen as different departments have different budgets and this will mess up a lot of our accounting.

I can't imagine for a second in 2022 there is no way to change/set this for multiple PCs & printers remotely, but I have yet to find a way. Is there perhaps a setting within the driver itself I can change? Or a way to copy the settings from a PC and apply it to the master driver that I'll use on all other machines?

We're using Windows 10 and the printer driver is Xerox GPD PCL6 V5.887.3.0.

I'm a Science Technician who due to budget cuts has been doing a lot more IT work than I'd like, so forgive my ignorance on the matter. Thanks for any help on the matter and if you need any more info let me know.
