Hi asfinaveed,
What we do now:
In Settings > Security > Security Audit Log we've enabled the log (Enable Audit).
"Severity of Events to Log" must be at least "5 - Notice"
Now, periodicly export the CSV version of the log.
The log contains many lines. Search the lines where the AppName is "jobmanager" and "Job Pages" > 0.
In the "Event Data" column you will find the userName.
Eg:
EventNum,Priority,Version,Timestamp,Hostname,AppName,ProcessId,Severity,Remote Address,Remote Hostname,Remote Port,Local Port,SessionId,Authentication/Authorization Method,Username,UniqueUserId,Setting Name,Setting Description,Setting Old Value,Setting New Value,JobId,Job Type,Job Destination,Job Pages,Message Name,Event Data,Fullname

With some fiddling in Excel you can get your data.
Appreciate the quick response, TammyL. I've been keeping an eye on this feature too. Hopefully, the development team can shed some light on it. Joost, do keep us updated if you find a workaround. Cheers! 🙌🏼
Hello joost,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, we will pass this to our developement team.
We enabled "Job Accounting" on the printer to have a log of all prints mailed to us weekly. But the report only lists aggregated totals and not an overview of prints per user (as our Phaser 6600 did).
The printer is "stand allone" on the network (so it's not connected to a LDAP, ActiveDirectory, etc.). Everybody just prints to it. On our Phaser 6600 the accounting log showed the client computer username by which we could identify everybody.
On the C310 I did find that the "Audit Log" (set to reporting level 5) does include printed pages per user (as descibed above) but a proper "Job Accounting" would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!
