Re: Enabling Accounting in the print driver on a server

you can maybe setup manual in the bidirectional setup

i think its because you have not setup accounting mode on machine itself, therefore the driver is turning it off also

Enabling Accounting in the print driver on a server

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

AXEWTB
S/N EKZ

Installed V3 PS and PCL driver(s) on a Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 .  Standard Accounting is turned on at the print engine, however, the print driver would not save the accounting setup in the Configuration section of the printer properties.  It allows you to make the changes (turn it on, etc) but there is no "apply" and if you close the property sheet when you re-open it is sent back to Accounting None.

Is this a known issue? Can it be resolved?

If we installed the print driver on an end-user's pc it worked fine when accounting was turned on.

Thank you,

Kathleen
