I would like to know if can you share to me some screenshot about the configuration that you did in the multifuctional. I have some problems to register the mfp in Equitrac.

Likely not a compatible card to the card reader.

In some cases you can get plugins from Xerox, or Equitrac to make the cards compatible (The Xerox C60/C70 needs plugins to work with some cards)

In the C60 case:

Symptom of usb reader without correct card plugin: Light will be solid green(should be solid red) and when you swipe it will flashes and go back to green. Alternate login works.    

So you may need to call the team that supports the 4265 to get them if Nuance doesn't have them available (Xerox does not in any way support Equitrac Professional, they only sell and support Equitrac Office)

Hello,

We´re implementing a project with Equitrac Professional and some Xerox Workcentre Models.

We´re facing a problem with thw WC4265 model.

The embedded solution is working fine, we can print and copy.

But after the cardswype the Equitrac software does not register the ID card in his database.

The auto-register is not working all the other options works fine.

Any idea about what´s going on in this case.
