Equitrac and TWN4 card readers

It is integrated making access to the USB not availble. I just thought maybe there was an outside chance that somehow the card reader could be accessed by one of the USB ports on the machine (front or back) but with the cable i made with Male A to male A it did not work. So i have scheduled a technician to go and uninstall the card readers so i can program them. He will just have to go back and reinstall the readers again.

Peter, if you have access to the USB end of the CR, than you should be able to connect it to a PC and configure the CR. Otherwise, if the CR are integrated, you might need to disemble the panel to reach the CR usb end. Look up for me on the internal address book if you need more details.

I have a customer who had 2 machines delivered with the embedded card readers, which is fine however they need to be programed for their ID cards. is there a way that i can program the card readers without having a technician come out and uninstall the readers then reinstall once i have programed them?
