Being that all 3 are Connectkey machines, it may just be a known firmware bug, if all 3 are taking a long time, check if all 3 are running firmware 072.xxx.xxx.0910x or 073.xxx.xxx.28110. If they are, I can get you firmware updates for all 3 that will resolve it.

Equitrac embedded takes to long to login

Hello,

 

We´re facing a problem with the Xerox Machines model WC7970i, WC3655, WC5875.

Machine is working fine but the login takes to long to show up the follow you app.

Whe did some tests with the customer older machines (Ricoh) the results are too much fast.

 

Is there exist any configuration to do in the machine to make this process faster?
