Job deleted by user is just the first fault, if they select the job and select Job Details it will give another fault as well as a status code.
That is what is needed to troubleshoot further.
My guess would be that the user accounts are the issue, they probably are set to a low output value and don't have enough "credits" to actual get the output.
Hi all - looking for some guidance with our Equitrac v4.2.2 installation. For many staff, when they release a job from the printer, the job does not print. Consistently, the jobs arrive at the printer, they can see the job to release, and they can release it. Reviewing the log on the printer we see JOB DELETED BY USER. This is not the case obviously.... Any clues/suggestions appreciated. Printing to non-Equitrac printers works fine. Deleting their accounts in Equitrac and/or resetting their PIN, may or may not fix the issue temporarily.
