Equitrac sdr A4/ltr problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have equitrac express 4.2.5 with xerox and ricoh MFPs.

 

Releasing secure release jobs from xerox, A4 jobs are printer as Letters as they should be A4. Equitrac reports show jobs as Letters too. Only workaround for this issue is to print one job passing sdr or print one job straight to eq-port. Then xerox MFP prints jobs as A4, until machine is rebooted.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?
