Re: Export & Import of clone file; IP and Host settings

Hi Black_Baron,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If I am understanding your question correctly the TCP/IP information would have to be unique for each device on the network, they cannot share IP addresses. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Export & Import of clone file; IP and Host settings

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

Hello,

I have tested a Xerox WorkCentre 7535. I changed the internal HDD with an SSD and managed to

install the firmware version correctly.

Before the SDD installation, I have created a clone file from the installed HDD drive. I checked

all the boxes to make sure the clone settings are all correct and set to be re-imported after installing

the SSD drive with my desired firmware version.

I noticed that some TCP/IP, IP settings were missing after importing the clone file. I thought the creation

of a clone file is rock solid without the need to make any further adjustments for the SFTP Scan Worklfow

and Email Scan Workflow to funtion properly without any IT error messages.
