For reseting the admin password you will need a tech support because, for security reasons, there is an "Admin Password Reset Tool" based on serial number and machine total count.

Hi, I changed the admin username of my Xerox 3320 and I don't remember this now, so I cannot upadate the firmware and access to the web application. I tried to clear setting from the printer menu (because I know the password) but it did work.
Does someone know how I can do a factory reset to my printer?
