Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see the contact page for your machine. Contacting the support centre is the way to request service through Xerox.  If you are not in North America scroll down the contact page to the link for international contacts. You can also check for local Xerox dealers in your area that may provide service.

Hi,

 For reseting the admin password you will need a tech support because, for security reasons, there is an "Admin Password Reset Tool" based on serial number and machine total count.

Factory reset Xerox 3320

Hi, I changed the admin username of my Xerox 3320 and I don't remember this now, so I cannot upadate the firmware and access to the web application. I tried to clear setting from the printer menu (because I know the password) but it did work.

Does someone know how I can do a factory reset to my printer?
