This is not solving my issue, I have updated the firmware but the problem persists, do you have any other solution?

The fault code 016-426 indicates that the printer is no longer communicating with the Xerox servers. If your printer and the Xerox servers do not communicate, your meter reads may not be recorded on time for the billing cycle or your automatic supplies replenishment will not arrive when you need it.
The process to fix the error takes approximately 10 minutes to complete to restore the capability for your printer to send meter reads, supplies levels and diagnostic information.
