If you can access it from outside the firewall, and Xerox UK is not experiencing issues, then the issue is internal to your organization and you will need to consult with your IT department to come up with a solution.
Hi, this forum here is my last chance for a solution.
we are blocking several pc´s from accessing the internet instead of special sites. we have absolutely no problem with white listung some needed websites through our firewall for these pc´s.
Only the xerox site for ordering consumables will not function. we only get a white page on :
https://accountmanagement.services.xerox.com/sites/customerportal#Home_Dispatcher-Display
we open the domains like xerox.com. xerox.com, b2clogin.com in the firewall. xerox.de os no problem with browsing. but when we hit the "account" or "konto" button to login, we only get a white page.
xerox support has no idea how they can help us...
is there anyone who can tell me whats happening here ?
