Help with ASR Management

I am based in UK and we have a printer in Paris which is not auto ordering supplies due to not being enrolled in the ASR. When trying to enrol i get the folllowing message: Your device has not been connected. Please try again after device has been successfully connected. You can enrol once device is AMR active I have checked the obvious things such as network communication and all configuration is correct

Order of importance for connection to the edge server.

 

1. Time/Date (Must be within 3 minutes of current time)

2. Proxy (if you have one)

3. DNS

4. Subnet and gateway

5. HTTPs must be enabled on the printer

 

After that it is a firewall. It needs access to ports 443,161,162 and https://dcs.support.xerox.com:443
