look for an option : self association , that needs to be enabled
so when swiping an unknown card, machine should ask to enter username/password to associate the card with the new user
We have a 7845 with secure access printing. I have no problem setting up a new card with a user, it is re-using old cards that I cant seem to figure out. How do I completely remove an old user from a card so a different user can use the card?
IN the secure access manager on the print server,I found the old user and removed the pin . When the new user scans the card at the device now it no longer says the old user is logged in, it just now says 'access denied contact administrator'..
What to do?
