Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see this article about assigning a network (IP) address.  For the fax name and number please see this article about configuring the fax settings. Another article from the online support machine that you might find helpful is the article on setting up a wireless network.

How do I reset the IP address on a WorkCentre 3335

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

We purchased a used WorkCentre 3335. I have changed the administrator password but I am unable to figure out how to change the IP address and fax name/number.

My network for some reason does not automatically recognize the printer, either by ethernet card or wirelessly.

Completely bumfuzzled!
