If everything is the same they should all work identically.
So it is either user permissions on the PC, or the Xerox Print Experience App is only installed on the working PC so you don't get Xerox only features (Requirement to modify Microsoft v4 Class Drivers)
You can see the differences in the Microsoft supplied (Class driver) and the Xerox supplied (v4) driver in conjunction with the app.
In all honesty though, I would ditch both drivers and stay using the V3 drivers from Xerox.com unless you absolutely must print using the Modern apps . But almost nobody does as yet.
I installed the 6655 print driver (10.0.10586.0) on several Windows 10 computers. On one computer when I go to devices and printers and right-click the 6655 icon, I see an option titled "Xerox Printer Properties". When I select that item, I'm able to enter the accounting information. This works as expected.
On all the other computers, when I right click on the 6655 icon, I do NOT see the "Xerox Printer Properties" option. When I select "Printer Properties" on the Configuration tab the accounting section is grayed out.
These are all identical computers all running Win10 with the same version of the 6655 driver installed.
Any idea how to enable accounting on these other computers?
