I don't think you understand Wi-Fi direct if you are asking to disable WPS in that.

The answer will always be no in that case, you cannot disable  or Encryption in relation to the WiFi direct protocol.

That being said, since you don't have anything on the LAN except a single PC and a single printer, and that would mean you have no Android device of any kind, then WiFi direct has no use for you, so you would simply disable it since it is only used from Android based devices, then WPS won't be an issue

Its ok via wi-fi via router entire LAN, there is no problem to do it.

But how can I do it in the wi-fi direct network, only computer and  Xerox WorkCentre 3025 connection?

You don't, the Security issues associated with WPS are on the Router/Modem, you disable it on your LAN, which makes the WPS option on the devices connecting to it worthless, it doesn't happen the other way around.
