I can help you if you have Windows:
Install Xerox Easy Printer Manager Software included in the Windows Print Driver Installer Package.
Connect via USB to the device, then in the advanced mode in the Easy Printer Manager, select Machine Settings, Network settings, then scroll down to the Restore Default section, select the button to Clear the Network Settings, as per screen shot below. Then reboot, and the SA password will be back to default Admin and 1111.
