IP Filtering

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

Hello, I have papercut on a Xerox C70 and those who know the IP address of the copier is bypassing papercut. I turned on IP Filtering and added the IP address of the server in which papercut is connected to, but the copier is still allowing print jobs directly to it. Can someone tell me what I am missing?
