Image Overwrite option not visible

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for enableing the optional features and make sure that the Image Overwirite Security has been enabled on each machine and also make sure that the Immediate Image Overwrite is enabled if that is the feature you are wanting to see. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hello,

We have quite a few WC 5745 models, and on some of the devices I can't enable Image Overwrite.(firmware is the same on all). The option is simply not visible.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem?
