LOL :)
Anyway the technician told me that installing a firmware that has not been published in the xerox web site is not safe... what do you think about?
by calling xerox :)
Thank you,
where can I check firmare updates?
hello, no that firmware is rather old
there are lots of releases after that release you mention , they are just not posted on the xerox site... those firmwares are just for customers with problems
in those new firmwares are fixes and improements for XSA and many other fixes and requests
so call xerox and ask for that release :)
from + 4 nov there will be a newer : 061.121.221.29400
maybe you can wait until that one is out
Hi Fabio,
the Xerox Technician upgraded the firmware to 061.121.201.09700. It seems to be the latest available firmware:
The version you say is a beta release? Why is it not listed in the firmware list?
Thanks
Fabio
Done, but there is no solution because it is a unknown issue. Just the workaround discovered by myself and comunicated to xerox support technician.
I have posted this thread just because I would like to inform xerox also using this channel.
Thanks
Fabio Laserra

Hi Fabio
Welcome to the Support Forum. We appreciate your post but would suggest that you contact your local Xerox Support to report the problem and to find out if there is a solution.
Thanks You,

Hello
I would like to report a bug about Xerox Standard Accounting on WorkCentre 7545.
What happens: When a user logs into 7545 he sees a group that should not be visible (Xerox Administrative Group, cod. 666666)
How to reproduce the bug:
1) Create at least two groups
2) Create two users
3) Grant to fist user the permission to access to ALL groups (in this case 2). The bug occurs only if you perform this operation in user form, selecting the 2 groups. When you select them, automatically will be selected also the checkbox in the header of the table ("select all"). This operation will grant to all users the access to Xerox Administrative Group.I suppose that there is something wrong in the way the firmware consider this "all" checkbox.
Workaround: Grant the access using the Group form (selecting the users that you want to enabled for selected group).
NB: When you see 666666 group, the only way to hide it again is to completely reset XSA.
