I have been reviewing this post. After reading through it I spoke to our North American Support team for the 7545 family. They tested with your replication steps and were able to replicate this problem. They have escalated this to the Engineering team in North America to be looked at.
I would recommend contacting your Xerox Support team in your country to get this problem escalated.

It's incredible, I've got no words.... anyone can print using 666666 id group, so we cannot assign the proper cost to each department.
This is the 4° xerox device that we use, it will be also the last....
escaltion is cancelled
xerox doesnt seeit as a bug, so if you want it to be fixed , then a FER (feature enhance request) must be made...
but that i am not going todo, maybe a xerox employee can do this on this forum ?
has been escalated , i have commented that 93xx and 75xx are affected with this problem
now we have to wait... :)

all xerox partners need to make an escaltion, its not xerox it thats going to fix it...
when i do an escalation , they forward it to xerox france i believe , and in the next spar firmware it will be resolved...
done many escaltions by now...
a new spar comes every 1-2 months , sometimes they make an engeneer release if its actually a production down issue
anyway, if you make the escaltion of the 75xx , il will do it for the 93xx model, that will speed up the process
