Close, they won't be able to login unless you give them a password when you enable them to be an account admin.
They won't need to use it to make copies/prints, but they will if they want to login to CWIS.
The problem I mentioned is that if you create the user there, they will need the password to print/copy as well.
So if I am reading this correctly, User 1234 logs in to the CWIS Login button (upper right), as 1234 and no password
Yes there is
CWIS > Properties > Login / Permissions / Accounting > Device User Database and click Edit for the user you want to have access.
Scroll down and check the first one.
Take note, never create an XSA user here, if you do they will require a password, you can edit them here and ignore the password field, but if you create them here the password will be required. This option used to be separated into the Security options, but it got moved/redirected here now and it causes more confusion.
Currently the admin has ability to access XSA and run reports and resets
How do we set it up so that another user besides the admin has this right, but no other admin rights?
