Issue with roles assignment

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830i/7835i/7845i/7855i
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello

I need to create two roles: one that can print in color, the other one that can print only in bn. It seems that "non logged in user" role is applied also to authenticated users.

"non logged in user" role cannot print in color.

"BN" role cannot print in color

"Color" role can print in color.

I assigned "BN" role to all users except for 2 users that have only "color" role.

The result is that "BN" users cannot print in color (ok!) but also "color" users!

If I grant "non logged in user" the permission to print in color, both "color users" and "BN" users will print in color.

So it seems that "non logged in user" role is appled also to connected users.

I attached some screenshots. As you can see the permission that I set for colour user should let him to print in using color, but he cannot.

Thanks
