Hi,

I want to restrict acces to COLOR printing and copying on Workcentre 7425.

I managed to restrict color printing with LDAP settings, but when it comes to copying its difficult for users always to type their domain username and password. When i tried to restrict copying with local user authentication, LDAP printing stops working.

Is it possible to make this that way:

- color printing restricted by LDAP (as it is done now)

- color copying restricted by any easy way like password known for some persons

- other printer actions like sending email, scanning with no restrictions (free for all)
