LDAP for Copying

Hello, so I have a school that wants to limit who can use the functions of the copier. Before they were using the built in directory, but this became a pain to manage on 3 different copiers. So I want to setup LDAP so that the teachers can login with their Active Directory account and then use the copier.

I have successfully got the LDAP working, but id there a way to limit who can login to a specific OU? I tried putting the Search Directory Root to OU=Test OU,DC=xxx,DC=yyy  ... but still anyone can authenticate... Can I narrow it down so that only members of that Test OU can use the copier, OR maybe even a specific group may work...

Also, I assume now that I have the LDAP setup users can login to the website... how can I prevent this and only allow the built in admin account login?
