Hi Chipperchoi,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for setting up / configuring the LDAP. If these instructions do not help please consider contacting your local support centre.
Hello all,
I am looking at the settings to enable LDAP Secure on a C8055. When I enable the setting for LDAPS, and point it at port 636, it looks like it connects but LDAP binds stop working.
The Domain Controller for the LDAP connection is also the CA (yes, I know, it was setup this way before my time).
Do I simply just check the box to "Enable Secure Connection (LDAPS)" and provide the admin creds?
Do I have to generate a certificate from the CA to bind to the device for this work?
Thanks for any input on this.
